The client is an aerospace service provider that service most of the world’s airlines. The client builds business applications and sells services on the applications to its clients. However, the client also builds and operates custom applications for individual members in the airline industry.

Business situation

The client had undertaken the development of a multi-enterprise online aircraft repair coordination solution. This solution was multi-dimensional in nature based on the enterprises involved, the type of part, the connectivity of the enterprise as well as ownership of the part. Radiant was engaged to augment their internal QA team to develop test cases as well as execute test cases

Solution

A 3 member Radiant team was engaged to decipher the requirements specification, develop test cases, develop test data and execute test cases. The Radiant team executed the test cases remotely during off-business hours in the US and thus allowed the client to maximize productivity. Test status updates were conducted on a daily basis and issues filed in time for the developers to review in the morning.


The Radiant team built a good working knowledge and relationship with the client team to effectively execute the test cases within budget and time thus leading a joint success with the client.
